Conference Duration:

The conference begins 7:30 am on Friday,October 16, 2009 with registration check-in. Check-in will occur at Noyes Lab from 7:30am-8:30am. The sessions will begin at 8:30 am on Friday and will end on Saturday, October 17 at 5:00 pm after a final plenum session. On Friday evening we offer an optional dinner and on Sunday, October 18th we offer an optional excursion to area projects. See below for information on the optional events. Space is limited, so please register if you intend to participate.

Champaign-Urbana is BIKE FRIENDLY! It certainly makes parking easier....

**To coordinate car pooling to / from Urbana, the hotel, and the conference sessions, we recommend connecting on the Passive House Bulletin Board.

Registration Fees:

You can register either by mail or online (via PayPal). To register by mail, download the registration form below and follow the instructions. To register online, click on the appropriate PayPal button(s) below. Please note: Dinner and tour require separate registrations.

Standard Conference Registration - After September 25th, the registration fee will be $425. Cost includes conference participation, materials, and lunches on Friday and Saturday.

Passive House Consultant Registration – Only open to PH Consultants and consultants-in-training. The registration cost is $295. Cost includes conference participation, materials, and lunches on Friday and Saturday.

Optional Dinner Registration – We hope you will join us for dinner on Friday evening, October 16. Dinner will be at 7pm at City View, which is in downtown Champaign, above the Amtrak train station, on the 4th floor.

Cost for the dinner will be $40.

((FULL))Optional Sunday Excursion Registration – On Sunday, October 18th, we will conduct a tour of Fairview II, the Stanton House, and the Smith House. The tour will be from 9am-3pm and will include a box lunch. Cost for the tour will be $25.(FULL)

Students and Seniors - Discounted conference fees will be made available to students and seniors. Email or call PHIUS for details.

In case of cancellation up to one week prior to the event, all but a $50 administrative fee will be refunded. If canceling within 7 calendar days of the event, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
