When I shopped for windows for my PH retrofit, I tried to obtain Thermotech Fiberglass windows for their higher SHGC, proven performance, in-house technical expertise, and great service I experienced in responses to my several requests for information . Alas, in the end I could not get them shipped over the Rockies with gas fills.

We have now found a trucking company that will guarantee us a low altitude route, so that we can offer gas filed units to the Pacific Coast.

And for those in the high country, air filled, warm edge, high solar gain low-e windows are not that much poorer performers than their argon filled cousins.
