Ladder accessed spaces

Hello to all,

Does anyone have any insight as to whether a loft space must be accessible by a staircase in order to be included in the TFA? Consider a sleeping loft that is accessed by a ladder. As long as the ceiling height is > 2m, does it count 100% towards the TFA?

I posed my question to Kat and she confirmed that ladder-accessed spaces count as long as they meet the ceiling height reqs.
